What's Included

Getting your trauma-informed 200 Hour RTY in Costa Rica is a life changing adventure and creates a bond between our students that lasts a lifetime. Our trauma-informed curriculum merges the healing art and science of ancient yoga practices with modern awareness treatment of complex trauma and PTSD. Challenging and ultimately healing, we'll work together in luxurious accommodations while immersed in an abundant, natural setting along the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.  You will be certified for a 200 hour RYT, as well as the option to be certified as a Reiki I practitioner. We will also learn about practices and healing modalities to regulate the nervous system beyond yoga that you can add to your teaching style or individual practice.  The training cost includes your manuals, instruction, three gourmet vegetarian meals a day, transportation to and from  San Jose, Costa Rica airport, room and board.  The base price is $4,200 for semi-private luxury dorm; however, for a higher rate private luxury suites are available. Space is limited so please contact us for arrangements.
